Order Terms
All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25 cubic meters (CBM). Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and agreed payment terms. Prices are quoted in USD and are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis. We accept bank wire transfers (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C). Specific payment arrangements are detailed in each proforma invoice.
Shipping & Delivery
Lead time is typically 10-20 days from order confirmation. Shipping is arranged from Douala Port, Cameroon. We offer FOB Douala and CIF terms depending on buyer preference. All export documentation (CITES, FSC, PEFC, phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, bill of lading) is provided with each shipment.
Quality & Claims
All lumber is graded according to FAS (First and Seconds) international standards. Quality claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We are committed to resolving any quality issues promptly and fairly.
Governing Law
These terms of trade are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, through arbitration under OHADA rules.
